HS Ad Launches First Brand Customized AI Agent

HS Ad announced on the 23rd that it has launched a ‘Brand Customized Agent’ to support specialized strategies and execution for enhancing corporate marketing competitiveness in the AX era.

While AI developed by advertising companies to date has been programs designed to improve internal employees’ marketing efficiency, HS Ad is the first in the industry to develop and provide an enterprise AI agent that external companies can directly utilize.

This agent analyzes conversational data revealed in interactions between consumers and AI to identify consumer intent, and supports the entire process—from brand strategy development to content creation—from an ‘AI search optimization’ perspective.

As AI becomes widespread, the customer experience journey has shifted from traditional portal search-centric approaches to AI search. This has made it critical for brands to discern the ‘true intent’ hidden in the questions consumers ask AI. HS Ad’s Brand Customized Agent captures this intent, helping brands be ‘chosen’ by consumers, while also supporting content strategies and production that can be recommended in AI search.

Unlike conventional generic marketing AI agents, which fail to reflect brand-specific competitive situations and consumer characteristics in detail, HS Ad’s Brand Customized Agent leverages its specialized expertise in marketing creativity to offer differentiated solutions that strengthen each brand’s unique competitiveness.

The newly introduced Brand Customized Agent is packaged with three solutions: ▲Intentrix ▲Market Intelligence 26 ▲AIEO Studio.

‘Intentrix’ is a solution that uses an AI chatbot developed by HS Ad to engage in natural conversations with consumers and identify hidden intentions. Without researcher intervention, it analyzes the context of questions consumers ask AI to uncover resistance factors, such as reasons for not choosing a brand. HS Ad has also filed patents for the technology and business model to secure exclusivity.

‘Market Intelligence 26’ combines data secured through Intentrix with big data collected from social media, advertisements, product reviews, and communities, integrating them with HS Ad’s strategic framework to propose brand strategy directions. When users ask questions in natural language, it provides 26 diverse metrics, including brand archetype analysis, genuine fan index, and purchase decision factor analysis. Competitor situations can also be visualized for easy comprehension.

‘AIEO Studio’ generates AI-friendly content optimized for each media platform based on strategic insights derived from Market Intelligence 26. It creates ad images and copy with a high probability of exposure in AI search by reflecting consumer intent, and proposes content structures optimized for AI exposure across channels such as Wikipedia, Tistory, influencer content, and self-operated malls.

The three solutions are organically linked, supporting the entire process—from strategy development to content production—based on consumer intent revealed in interactions between AI and consumers. This design enables brands to respond agilely in a marketing environment centered around AI. HS Ad plans to provide this new Brand Customized Agent, composed of the three solutions, as a software as a service (SaaS) model to enterprises, aiming to commercialize the service.
